Pool Finalization and Maintenance
Blu-Aqua fills pool with homeowner's water and starts chemical treatment.
Depending on your water quality, the filtration and chemistry balance can take up to two weeks,
especially if you are on well water. Our technician will closely monitor the water chemistry.
Rough grade, clean up, and final permit inspection is ordered. Please make sure that the permit
papers remain on your property until all inspections have passed.
When your pool is stabilized, "Pool School" is scheduled to show you how to maintain your new pool.
At this time, your punch list will be reviewed and scheduled.
Your pool is now ready for swimming! Final inspections will be scheduled, and final payment is due.
Upon receipt of the final payment, all warranties become activated. You will receive your water credit
letter, and upon request, a "Contractor's Final Release of Lien."
Our Guarantee
Blu-Aqua Pool Corporation warrants the swimming pool to be free from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date the pool
interior finish is applied and a lifetime Structural Guarantee for
structural defects to the original owner.
We're here today and we'll be here tomorrow.
A Word from the President
As you can see, the construction of your swimming pool is an involved process. The speed at which your
pool is completed is influenced by the complexity of the pool and deck design, access, availability
of our qualified craftsmen, rain or weather conditions, building inspections, and material availability.
Many of these items are beyond the control of Blu-Aqua Pools.
Our goal is to build you a quality product that you and Blu-Aqua Pools can be proud of. After all, the
majority of our business comes from referrals from satisfied customers.
Hopefully, this overview has helped to answer your many questions. If you have any other questions, please
contact us.
Thank you again, for choosing Blu-Aqua Pools.
Sincerely,
Anton Kozak, President Blu-Aqua Pools
